That means a loan is given which is without interest.
Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana
Under this scheme run by the Central Government, loans are given to entrepreneurs to do business. However, this loan is not interest free. But it charges very low interest. Therefore, if someone wants to take nfs loan for business. So the Prime Minister can also take it under Mudra Yojana. There are three categories for this loan which are Shishu, Kishor and Tarun. Shishu loan is up to Rs 50,000. Kishore Loan ranges from Rs 50,000 to Rs 5 lakh. So Tarun loan can be given from Rs 5 lakh to Rs 10 lakh.
UP government will give interest free loan
Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath has announced to provide interest free loans to motivate the youth for startups. The Uttar Pradesh government will provide free interest loans up to ₹ 500,000 for startups to one lakh youth every year. The Uttar Pradesh government is soon going to implement this scheme named Mukhyamantri Yuva Udyami Vikas Abhiyan.
